Estimad@s soci@s,

Sensibles ante la situación actual que vive el país y con el objetivo de precautelar la seguridad de nuestros socios y colaboradores, nos vemos obligados a suspender los encuentros presenciales para votación y presentación de resultados del día lunes 27 de junio de 2022 en Quito y Guayaquil. La movilización en todo el país, no solo es irregular sino supone un riesgo para todos los involucrados en este proceso.

Esta decisión está amparada en el Art. 27 de nuestro ESTATUTO, que en uno de sus párrafos determina «…La Asamblea General será únicamente virtual por caso fortuito o de fuerza mayor».

De todas maneras, podrán asistir y votar de manera virtual desde cualquier lugar en el que se encuentren a través de nuestra plataforma virtual: https://asamblea.fire-tel.com. La reunión virtual será transmitida desde las 09h00 hasta las 12h00 el día lunes 27 de junio de 2022.

Durante la pandemia, realizamos varias Asambleas virtuales a través de esta plataforma y este mecanismo ha resultado eficiente para garantizar la participación de la mayor parte de socios en situaciones en las que la presencialidad, no ha sido posible.
