AVISO INFORMATIVO – PROCEDIMIENTOS DE PAGO
El presente documento establece los procedimientos relativos a la distribución y pago de regalías por parte de SAYCE. Su finalidad es brindar claridad sobre la generación, verificación y transferencia de regalías, así como los requisitos necesarios para la correcta ejecución de los pagos.
1. Distribución y Pago
Es importante señalar que la distribución corresponde al proceso interno de asignación de regalías realizado por SAYCE, conforme a su calendario oficial de distribución y que puede ser monitoreado permanentemente mediante el portal web de SAYCE.
De acuerdo con nuestros procedimientos internos, las distribuciones en SAYCE se realizan de manera mensual, conforme a nuestro calendario de distribución, el cual puede ser consultado en el siguiente enlace.
Por otro lado, el pago corresponde a la transferencia efectiva de dichos valores a favor de la sociedad correspondiente, una vez que esta lo solicite y que la documentación requerida haya sido debidamente validada.
Los pagos pueden efectuarse a solicitud de las sociedades, siempre que se cumpla con los requisitos correspondientes.
2. Pago de Regalías
El pago de regalías consiste en la transferencia de los valores generados y distribuidos a favor de la sociedad correspondiente, a través de los canales bancarios designados.
Para proceder con el pago, deberán cumplirse las siguientes condiciones:
2.1. Documentos necesarios para el pago
Para procesar el pago de regalías, se requiere:
- Certificado de residencia fiscal del año en curso, emitido por la autoridad tributaria correspondiente.
- Datos bancarios para la transferencia.
- Factura que refleje el monto indicado en el portal web de SAYCE.
2.2. Sobre el monto de la factura
Los valores reflejados en el portal web se actualizan mensualmente, de acuerdo con el calendario de distribución.
Se recomienda que la factura refleje el último valor actualizado al cien-e de cada mes, conforme a lo indicado en el portal.
2.3. Acceso al portal web
En caso de no contar con acceso al portal web, se deberá notificar a la brevedad posible para proceder con su habilitación. El proceso consiste en:
- Proporcionar un correo electrónico
- Recibir instrucciones para el restablecimiento de contraseña
Una vez habilitado el acceso:
- Ingresar a la sección «Menú»
- Para verificar los valores de factura, seleccionar la opción «VALOR REGALÍAS»
El monto reflejado en esta sección deberá coincidir con el monto indicado en la factura.
2.4. Confirmación de pago e información de soporte
Una vez realizado el pago, se enviarán los detalles de la transferencia a la brevedad posible, incluyendo un desglose de los valores correspondientes a impuestos y recargos aplicables.
Posteriormente, recibirán una notificación indicando que los documentos de distribución pertinentes estarán disponibles en nuestro servidor FTP, junto con las credenciales de acceso y las características necesarias para su ingreso.

INFORMATION NOTICE – PAYMENT PROCEDURES
This document outlines the procedures governing the distribution and payment of royalties by SAYCE. Its purpose is to provide clear guidance on how royalties are generated, verified, and transferred, as well as the requirements that must be fulfilled in order to process payments.
l. Distribution and Payment
Please note that distribution refers to the interna! process of royalty calculation and allocation carried out by SAYCE, in accordance with its official distribution calendar. It can be monitored permanently through SAYCE’s web portal.
According to our interna! procedures, royalty distributions at SAYCE are carried out on a monthly basis, in accordance with our official distribution calendar, which can be accessed at the following link.
On the other hand, payment refers to the effective transfer of those amounts to the corresponding society, once the payment has been requested and the required documentation has been duly validated.
While distributions follow a defined schedule, payments may be requested by sister societies, provided that all required documentation has been duly submitted.
II. Payment of Royalties
The payment of royalties refers to the transfer of the amounts generated and distributed in favor of the
corresponding society, through the designated banking channels.
In order to process such payments, the following conditions and requirements must be met:
2.1. Required Documentation
To proceed with the payment, the following documents are required:
- A Tax Residence Certificate for the current year, issued by the relevant tax authority.
- Bank account details to which the transfer should be made.
- An invoice reflecting the amount indicated in the SAYCE web portal.
2.2. Invoice Amount
The amounts available in the web portal are updated monthly, in line with the distribution calendar.
It is recommended that the invoice reflects the latest updated amount at the end of each month, as shown in the portal.
2.3. Access to the Web Portal
If access to the web portal has not yet been granted, please notify us as soon as possible so that access can be provided. The process includes:
- Providing an email address
- Receiving instructions to reset the password
Once access is granted:
- Go to the «Menu» section
- To verify invoice amounts, select «ROYALTY V ALUE»
The amount displayed in this section must match the amount indicated in the invoice.
2.4. Payment Confirmation and Supporting Information
Once the payment has been completed, the transfer details will be sent as soon as possible, including a breakdown of the amounts related to taxes and applicable charges.
Subsequently, you will receive a notification indicating that the relevant distribution documents are
available on our FTP server, together with the corresponding access credentials and connection details.
